Is my booking confirmed straight away?

If you pay online, your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through. If you choose to pay on site, where the activity allows it, your booking page shows its status. In both cases, your confirmation email contains the link to your booking.

How do I find my booking?

Use the link in your confirmation email, or go to "My booking" and enter your booking reference and the email address you booked with.

Can children take part?

It depends on the activity. Its booking form shows whether children can join and at what price.

How long is my place held while I pay?

When you choose to pay online, your place is held for 30 minutes. If the payment is not completed in that time, the place becomes available again and you will need to book again.

Why can I see prices in euros or other currencies?

The currency menu converts prices so you can compare them easily. Prices are charged in Tunisian dinars unless the payment page states otherwise.

Yes, you can ask for it from your booking page by suggesting a new date. Our team checks availability and gets back to you: the change is only final once we have confirmed it.

Choose a region, a language and a duration, by the hour or by the day. The price is calculated before you confirm and covers your group, up to the maximum number of people shown.
